Return & Delivery

1. Delivery Information

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 working days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time: Once your order has been processed, delivery will take between 3 to 5 working days, depending on your location. We aim to ensure that your wine arrives safely and promptly.

Delivery Fees: Standard delivery fees of SGD25.00 apply and will be calculated at checkout. Free delivery may be available for orders over a certain amount—please refer to our checkout page for details.

Disclaimer: All deliveries are outsourced, planned and managed by an automated route-planning system and we are not able to guarantee exact and specific timing.
Drivers will contact customers on foreseeable delays and upon request at arrival; they are however unable to change delivery timing.
In the event that there is no one to receive at location, unless given with written instructions to leave the wines unattended, our drivers will send the wines back to The Vine Grove’s warehouse.  Customers will have to bear both the return and re-delivery fees (subject to date/ timing and distance) for the wines to be re-delivered. 

2. Return Policy

All goods sold are non-refundable. If there are any damage on delivery or shortages on your order, please use either the 'Contact Us' button to contact us directly or email us at info@thevinegrove.sg within seven (7) days of delivery. 

We will generally not provide you with a refund or exchange simply because you changed your mind or the goods were not what you expected. 

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a wine that is faulty, such as a corked wine or a bottle with a defect, please contact us at info@thevinegrove.sg within seven (7) days of delivery. We may request photos or other evidence to assist with your claim. For faulty wines, we offer the following options:

Replacement: We will arrange to send you a replacement bottle at no extra cost, on condition that we collect back the faulty wine for our inspection. 

Refund: If a replacement is not possible, we will provide a full refund for the faulty item. All refund payment will have 5% administrative charges deducted from the refund transaction amount.
