Tasting Notes

Color : Bright and vibrant. Medium brick red with a tinge of blue hue. 

Aroma/Flavor : Displays rich, ripe fruit. Wild cherry evident. Oak flavors have integrated extremely well with the Shiraz fruit. 

Palate : Displays a warm soft fleshy feel with long length through the palate. The silky tannins and balanced acidity harmonize this complex varietal Barossa Valley Shiraz. 

Maturation : 5-8 years - will display additional complex gamey and savory flavors. 

12-15 years - will be at its best. Its tannic structure promises longevity.
