Tasting Notes : Selective late-picking and careful sorting increased costs by 50%, though the small production was of reasonable quality. Certainly impressive in cask: intense ruby; assertive Cabernet Sauvignon aroma and flavor; dry, tannic, clean-cut but raw. Very deep, impressive colour noted after bottling, the nose and taste being very spicy. Dry, full-bodied.
