Tasting Notes : Sous-le-Puits benefits from a south-easterly exposure and is situated at the top of a hill near a spring, hence its name meaning ‘Under the Well’. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels. Aromas of apple and citrus fruits with hints of almonds and minerals. Full-bodied with a buttery texture and a long finish.
