This 2008 Sparkling Shiraz spent two years in aged seasoned oak barrels prior to bottling ‘on tirage’. It was bottle fermented and left on its own yeast lees for extended maturation for 10 years, then disgorged in 2020. 
This special wine is made in a full bodied traditional Australian style and has an extremely fine bead of bubbles with wonderful complexity and aged characters. 

Best served chilled.
