Tasting Notes

Color : bright medium straw with green tinges. 

Crisp mineral acidity. 

Subtle herbal and Crenshaw melon aromas. 

Finishes long and tangy with elegance. 

Winemaking Only the first cut free run juice was utilized. Fermentation was conducted in stainless steel at low temperatures which locked in the varietal fruit flavors of the Semillon grape. Following clarification, the wine was bottled early in August to retain its delicate aromas and flavors. This is a non-oaked style.
